Birkenhead Point Gateway Walk

Highbury House is delighted to be part of the Birkenhead Point Gateway Walk which is a self-guided loop walk taking you past local heritage homes and buildings. Drop by and read our new sign where you can learn all about our beautiful historic villa and its fascinating history of being Birkenhead's first police station from 1905 to 1969. Did you know that we still have the original jail cells out the back?
