Beginners Sign Language Course 1B

We are delighted to be offering this 8 week course in Sign Language. The course begins on Monday August 3rd from 7pm to 9pm and will run weekly. Attendees ages 16+ are welcome, aged 12+ can attend if accompanied by an adult. This is a NZSL Beginner 1B Course which is a follow on from the 1A course we ran in Term 2. The first lesson will be a recap of the 1A course. The cost is $150pp including materials. The class will again be taught by Barry who is a qualified tutor from Auckland Deaf Society Inc.

Social Walking Group 

Meet at Highbury House at 9.45am on Friday mornings to set off by 10am for a local walk with a wonderful group of community members. Suitable for those wishing to walk locally at a gentle pace for about an hour. Often followed by a coffee and chat.
